Frequently asked questions

Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak conversational English and are used to helping international visitors plan stops, find food and get around comfortably. Let us know if you'd prefer another language and we'll do our best to arrange it.
How do I pay, and do you take cash?
Cash in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) is the simplest and most common way to pay, and it's what we recommend. You typically pay your driver directly on the day. If you'd like to arrange another method, just ask when you book and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can you provide child seats?
We can usually arrange a child seat if you ask in advance — please tell us your child's age and size when booking so we can prepare the right one. Availability can vary, so the earlier you let us know, the better.
Can you carry luggage and surfboards?
Yes. Our cars handle normal luggage comfortably, and we can carry surfboards or other bulky gear with advance notice so we can send a suitable vehicle. Let us know how many boards or large items you have when you book.
Do you offer late-night airport pickups?
Yes, we run pickups day and night, including for late or delayed flights into Lombok International Airport. Share your flight number and arrival time when you book and we'll track it and meet you in arrivals with a name sign for the drive to Kuta, even if the flight runs late.
How do I book a driver or tour?
The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your dates, where you're staying and what you'd like to do. We'll confirm availability, suggest a route and agree a price before the day, so there are no surprises.
Can I book a driver for multiple days?
Absolutely. Many guests book a driver for several days to explore different corners of the island at their own pace. Tell us your dates and rough plans on WhatsApp and we'll put together an itinerary and a multi-day price.
